Ich habe hier was direkt aus erster Hand..sprich von Chris Roberts persönlich:

T-Shirts are in production. You'll have an option to have them shipped out with your Citizen's card and save on shipping (I think something like $10 for international vs. $15+ that it actually costs from the US Postal service for overseas but don't quote me on this as I'm not directly overseeing it).

Citizen card shipping from will be debuting int he next week or so.

I would guess the T-Shirts and cards would go out end of next month (it takes forever to get the information from everyone - we still have over 5,000 unlinked Kickstarter accounts because people haven't responded to numerous emails!)
